FREE Consultation

30 minute consultation either in the cafe or via zoom discussing goal setting, medical health, current activity levels, exercise preferences and injury history. See if personal training is the right route for you.

Personal Training and Habit changing

Bespoke 1-2-1 personal training sessions at Winchester Racquets and Fitness gym facility. Exercise and nutritional recommendations around the 1-2-1 personal training sessions. Teaching recommendations along the way for your understanding. Support via WhatsApp or email.

All this to support and guide you towards your goal however it isnt just about getting you to your goal but making it sustainable once you have got there around your lifestyle. 

About me

My name is Jamie

I am a BSc Fitness and Personal Training graduate who takes pride in improving health and lifestyle. With a firm belief in adding exercise and better habits to improving lifestyle and making exercise sustainable. With two years of experience in personal training and experience in working in rehab during university I enjoy helping those who feel they cannot see and a healthier lifestyle as an enjoyable process change their mind. I belief exercise shouldn’t be a thing to hinder your busy life’s but a tool to support them. 

Qualifications:

- BSc (Hons) Fitness and Personal Training 

- Level 4 Cancer Rehab

- Level 3 Exercise Referral 

- Level 3 Personal Trainer 

- Older Adults
