Before training online with Jamie I struggled to stay consistent with my training and eating habits which are now under control while still being able to enjoy social events.
My strength has massively improved and the training blocks were specific to me and my goals. I have surprised myself with being able to stick to a be healthy eating patterns as previously I haven't been able to and did not have the knowledge of what to do.

I have always been active but only took up the gym in my 40s (now in my late 60s). I have gym equipment at home however it is not the same as coming to the gym to see Jamie as I feel there is more structure, it isn’t boring and doesn't feel gruelling.
I am so grateful my close friend recommended Jamie and from the first time I met Jamie I felt relaxed. Jamie focuses on the movements and weights rather than cardio in the gym as he says that I can go for a walk or on a cross trainer anytime and doesn't need himself to stand over me to do that.
Jamie also has a great range of nutritional knowledge which he has supported me to dropping a few pounds to be able to fit in my jeans but more importantly feel confident.
I suffer with knee pain but since going to the gym focusing on mobilising and loading the muscles around the knee I now feel like they are supported and the pain has significantly decreased.

Jamie has been my trainer for over 2 years now. I originally intended to use my personal training sessions as a short term fitness boost, however I found the sessions so transformative I decided to make weekly personal training a permanent thing. Jamie is both patient and adaptable, however manages to drive and achieve ongoing improvement from session to session.
Since I started, I have lost almost a 7kg in weight and my fitness has improved significantly. It has given me to confidence to start running and I intend to complete a 10k and Great north run this year. I would recommend Jamie to anyone who wants to make a step change in their approach to personal fitness.

I decided to get Jamie as a personal trainer as I was beginning to feel a bit older, had had surgery, recently moved house and struggled to get my energy levels up.
I have never really done any resistance training in the gym before meeting Jamie I would normally just stick to the treadmill.

Jamie is a dedicated and committed trainer. He pushes you, but not too hard as I think he understands what keeps people motivated.
